This form allows you to put in a request for your Fernormenal Wig Unit.
Once this form is submitted, you will be contacted (by your preferred method) regarding your submission with a quote for the final amount of your unit.
When you confirm the quote for the wig unit, an invoice will be sent including your wig and payment details. Wig invoices will expire in 48 hours. Once invoice expires, you will have to put in another request.
All custom orders have a processing time of 14-21 business days. If you need to request an earlier time for your unit to be completed, please add that in the notes below. Custom units are NON-REFUNDABLE.
